Description
Busy Palo Alto family of four (two adults, twin 12yr olds & 1 dog) needs a full time (40 hours), experienced housekeeper for their 9750 sq ft home. This person will be responsible for deep cleaning and daily maintenance of the entire home (main house, guest house, and office). The ideal candidate will be able to work collectively with existing staff to maintain high standards and overall efficiency while following the cleaning schedule and ensuring the entire home is cleaned and organized in the most efficient way for the family. Additional responsibilities include laundry and some meal preparation.

Punctuality & good attendance record a must
Service oriented & hardworking with strong organizational skills
Pro-active with high cleaning standards and a keen eye for detail
Experienced in care of high end fabrics and artwork
The ability to look ahead, anticipate and multi-task as well as follow specific instructions while welcoming feedback
Team player with strong time management and the ability to problem solve
Good working knowledge of English and eligibility to work in the United States is required
Non Smoker
Valid driver's license with excellent driving record & car insurance

Educational Requirements
Fluency in English


Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references.

Responsibilities

Complete housekeeping including rotate deep cleaning
Meet and greet vendors
Sanitize deliveries (COVID)
Unpack grocery deliveries
Simple cooking and food prep
Laundry, linens and towels
