Business Analyst (CRM)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Business Analyst to join a real estate development company at their Irvine, CA office for a 3-month contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong experiences in CRM, testing and post-production support. 

Responsibilities:  


Work closely with business stakeholders and users to support and enhance the CRM solutionResponsible for gathering requirements, writing documentations/user stories, and driving enhancementsServe as application support analyst for CRM and evaluate and update service desk request recordsCoordinate internal system release testing and UAT and develop use cases and screen mockupsCreate process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, gap analysis, and test plans
Qualifications: 


2+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or BSA; 3+ years in ITExperience documenting test casesExperience in post-production supportHands-on experience with CRMs
